I can honestly say that I've heard about Origami Owl for quite some time and I thought they had super cute pieces but I always seemed to forget to add it to my wish list for the holidays or my birthday...these days I'm just more focused on what the girls want!  Then I found out that my blog buddy the wonderful Amber over at Bold Fab Mom is actually an Independent Designer!  She surprised me when she offered not only to give me a piece for review but ALSO give me one for a giveaway to one lucky reader!!  Thank you Amber!
Amber had a handful of charms to go inside the Large Silver Living Locket she gave me for review, since the larger locket holds about 7 charms inside, I decided to go with 4 charms to start and see how I liked it.  The charms I chose were an aqua colored MOM charm, well obviously because I'm a mom (duh, Penny!), the next charm is a lipstick tube, for my love of beauty, the last two charms are an engagement ring to represent my marriage with David and finally a small heart with the word FAMILY on it, obviously because I'm all about my family and how much I love them!

I love all of these charms together but I'm definitely going to be using Amber's Independent Design site to order a couple more like the laptop for my blogging and possibly the crystal initials one for David, Hannah and Savannah or maybe just their birth stones.  What I love most about this necklace is that I can now customize it with the surprisingly magnetic closure making it easy to get ALL the charms I want and constantly change it up...the possibilities are endless which is why this makes a really great gift too!
Onto the giveaway...Origami Owl has recently launched their TAGGED line that has a more rustic feel to it but I love it the same as the necklace I'm reviewing if not a little more, I'm a necklace junkie, what can I say??   Again, this new line is no different than the original, you can customize your piece to be whatever you want and the cost fits just about everyone's budget!
