Review & Giveaway! Minted.com
11/09/2013Is it really that time again? Time to start thinking about Holiday Cards..wow, where did the year go? It didn't hit me until just today when I got our annual family pictures in the mail that I need to get on ordering our family Holiday Card! Some people might not enjoy getting cards in the mail but I love them, each year I get to see how big the kids grew and all the creativity that can go into them.
While searching for the perfect Holiday Card to match our family pictures I stumbled upon Minted...their selection is beyond impressive and all the options to customize it really makes you feel like you are getting a card that everyone will enjoy receiving in the mail. This year they are offering foiled press, this gives your cards that added shine!!
Have you had a lot of great things happen this year? Did you have a baby, get married or buy a new house? Then give their Mini Books a chance, I know I'm thinking about getting one to fit more of the amazing pictures we had taken this year.
If you don't want to go the book route, Minted offers postcard style and folded style cards...short, sweet and to the point! Most of their cards also provide options for rounded edges or cut out designs...talk about unique...you will definitely stand out on the mantle of the fireplace or the fridge!
Maybe you are feeling out of time and don't have an opportunity to get pictures taken, Minted offers non-photo cards as well. Or if you are on a budget, the petite cards offer a beautiful option at a small price point!
Have you picked a favorite yet? Ready for the best part? Minted is offering me an opportunity to give YOU $50 worth of credits towards their site! Amazing right?!? The giveaway will be up for one week, this will give you enough time to order your cards and get them out in the mail to family and friends. ReplyDeleteI do too!!! Such beautiful cards!
DeleteI love getting holiday cards although the only ones I do get is from my mom and my MIL. Everyone else seems to love e-cards and text messages. Don't feel like Christmas without the cards.
ReplyDeleteI love getting them too! I put ribbon the cabinets and hang them!!
Deletethe thought of it :)
ReplyDeleteI'm ahead of the game for the first time ever this year and got my holiday cards in the mail last week. Now let's see if I can get around to addressing and stamping them before the end of the year.

Awesome! I'm happy to be ahead of the game this year too!
DeleteI like seeing what everyone is up to. I really love photo cards and always save those to look back on.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy that too and if they have kids seeing them grow year to year is so nice!
DeleteI really enjoy having physical cards in the mail. It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who appreciates sharing their year in review and enjoying something that makes you remember "the good ol' days" when everything came via the mail because you were cared for and loved and people wanted to show that in a personal way. Instead of nowadays when you can send an ecard with the click of a mouse and it's not really personal, it's not something to "hold" and cherish, most people don't even open the emails :( It's nice to receive a physical card showing that I'm cared about enough to take time to personally write a message and pay the 50cents to send it in the mail. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree! No one really takes the time to write to family and friends anymore...I've kept every card for birthdays, holidays or whatever for the girls to cherish as they grow older!
