I did some shopping over the last week and decided to film a HAUL TIME for it! All the links for what I purchased will be below! Thanks for watching & please subscribe!
In doing these Mommy Wear Weekly posts I realize most of them have been more dressy. Reality is that some days I do lounge around in yoga pants and a baggy shirt but most of the time I try to at least look stylish doing it! This post is about sweats for the whole family (well minus the hubby). I love that these outfits are not just easy to throw on and go but we half look like we made an attempt and not just wear out PJ's out into the world!
When I saw this sweater in Old Navy, I really wanted it! C is for Chevalley after all but I wasn't going to pay $35 for it so I waited and like all things in life (for the most part), it went on sale and I snagged it up! I like this look. It's easy, it's kind of preppy and I can still look put together but comfortable at the same time!

Who didn't love the Disney movie Bambi as a kid? I sure did. I think that movie really portrayed the innocence of youth and children. So when I saw this shirt at Old Navy I just had to have it...plus Hannah loves saying "deer, deer" and pointing at my shirt.
So I went to Old Navy yesterday, with every intention of buying something for me and of course I walked out with yoga pants and flip flops for me and a wardrobe for the girls (well not really) but I definitely found some cute stuff for them.
For Hannah I've been obsessed with getting her Hello Kitty for some reason, even though she's totally on an Elmo kick. Hannah picked out this Elmo t-shirt all by herself with the saying "Elmo Loves Me", totally adorable. I also grabbed this cute Hello Kitty t-shirt with a red, white and blue theme to it, she's definitely going to be sporting this at our upcoming Memorial Day BBQ. Finally, for Fourth of July, how freaking cute is this blue dress with stars and Hello Kitty on it? I mean it's to die for and she can totally wear it all summer but for the 4th it's just perfect!
The next thing that I found were these 2 rompers with a geometric print on them, one in orange and one in blue. I've been having issues with Hannah keeping her diaper on recently, she will take her pants off and she's figured out the zip up pajamas and EVEN has worked the buttons on the onesies I was using to keep her at bay. I'm putting my faith in these rompers that she won't be able to escape out of her diaper since it's all one piece and a little more tricky. Plus, they are great for the warmer weather, and what mom doesn't want a one piece? I might go back and get more or order more online to have as back ups for spills or accidents in the car and in the diaper bag.
Finally, for both the girls they really needed a bathing suit for the summer. Last summer Hannah was almost 1 so obviously her old swimsuit won't work and it won't work for Savannah either so I actually ended up getting them both new swim wear for the summer. Hopefully we can get one of those plastic wade pools from Wal-Mart, although we do plan on going to the pool quite a bit as well. For Hannah I found this super cute pink with white stripe suit with a blue trim. It does that criss-cross thing in the back so she won't be able to take it off (noticing a theme here?). Savannah I of course had to get the most girly thing out there, this pink and white polka dot suit with a tutu and flower attached work amazing with these matching sandals (and additional clear jellies as a back up). I can't wait to get the girls out in the pool this summer and show off their absolute cuteness :)
The kids/baby section was having a 30% off sale until the 22nd so I'm
glad I stopped in when I did. I feel like I got some cute things and I
mean Savannah's swimsuit alone is reason enough to validate this
shopping spree :) hope you guys enjoyed and will get out there and grab
some cute things for your kiddos!
I went out to run some errands this past weekend before getting sick. One of them was getting a spring pedicure but I totally left my flip flops at home so of course where do I stop? Old Navy! I mean who doesn't love their flip flops when they are 2 for $5. I just got 2 basic pairs, one pink, one black. But as always when I was there I stopped through the kids section and OF COURSE walked out with a few things for my girls.
For Savannah, she's in an awkward clothing place, 3 months is way too small but 6 months is still a little big and I'm not ready to buy 9 month outfits yet. So I saw this cute white onesie with matching pants. The onsie was $8.94 but on sale for $6 and the pants were $7.94 and on sale for $5. I mean why not? It's springy and she looks so cute in yellow :)
For Hannah I found some super cute t-shirts of course as soon as I buy her t-shirts it snows but oh well. There's a coral colored one that has lilac letters on the front says "Hello" and the back says "Goodbye"..precious right? There's a pink shirt that says BEAUTIFUL on it in different colors of magenta and white and the 3rd shirt is yellow and in pink words says on the front "I Love" and in the back it says "YOU"...ADOREABLE! I bought them all in size 2T since she's sort of in the 24 month range for clothes...my kids grow at weird stages :)
I also got Hannah some pants, I got a pair of purple/lilac pair, they only have 2T and up so I got them in 2T so she will grow into them and it goes perfect with the coral shirt with the same color lettering. I also got a pair of pink jeans to go with the yellow and pink shirt. I got those in 18 mo/24 mo since she can really wear those right now but I'm sure if she looks good in them I'll probably go back and get them in 2T too. The shirts were $6 each
Finally I just couldn't resist these adorable pink and purple flip flops and at the same price of 2 for $5 who would? This will be Hannah's first summer to really wear shoes since she will finally be able to run around and play so I can't wait to see her in these :) how precious right? The jeans were obviously the most expensive at $12/each but I think they are worth the price plus that's about normal for kids jeans at most places I've seen.
Well that's all for this Old Navy haul but I think I got some cute stuff and it was all like $63 total which seems a little high but if it wasn't on sale I wouldn't have got it.
