It's tradition every year since David and I have been together that the day after Thanksgiving we put up the tree with all the decorations. We don't have a lot but I'm slowly building a collection. The girls both love the tree being up, constantly "oooooing" and "ahhhhhing"...gotta love the Holidays!
Have you ever searched your name on Facebook? Well I randomly did and guess what? I'm the only one in the whole wide world (well Facebook world at least)! How cool!
Savannah has grown so much in what seems like such a short period of
time...she's finding her independence. Although I know she still needs
me this picture is a perfect capture of her independent spirit and how
she is starting out on a path all her own.
Again this week I'm sharing a photo from the wonderful Emily Ann Photography! She did an amazing job capturing our little family and I'm so grateful. Also, another shameless plug for her, please if you live in Virginia contact Emily, she does great work, is easy to work with and her prices are insanely affordable ($50!!).
This past weekend we had a family photo shoot. It wasn't David's favorite thing but this one picture of him and Hannah is enough to make me cry...I'm so blessed that both my girls have a dad who loves them so completely and who return that love to him without question!
P.S. If you live in Virginia you have to go see Emily...she's amazing and she took such beautiful photos...I can't lie these pictures will probably make my Wordless Wednesday post for the next couple weeks!
This is from Savannah's 1st Birthday on her ACTUAL Birthday...her first cupcake...she ended up all PINK!
My poor baby girl ended up in the ER after a mirror fell on her and her sister. Thankfully the injuries didn't require stitches and everyone (mom included) was very shaken up. Hannah did so good at the ER with the doctors...I was really impressed! I know it's one of many trips I'll make there in her lifetime but for our first trip it wasn't 1/2 bad!
Since I'm always the one taking pictures in our house I never get pictures of all of us as a family or even just David and I together...that's why I love this photo from our trip to Alaska...it's just us!
There's just something I love about this picture, the light, the Humpback whale, the island, it just is beautiful...
Don't ask me why but lately this is Hannah's go to picture to find on David's phone, for some reason she thinks it's absolutely hilarious. This was taken her 1st Thanksgiving at my in-laws house, I can't remember why she is crying but she is and Hannah just thinks it's the most amazing picture so I chose it for this week!
Can anyone think of any funny captions? Ha Ha!
Momma's Kisses are the best kisses!
