It’s just insane to think that Hannah turned four years old today! How that even happening? Birthdays are starting to get under my skin just a little bit, because I’m just not sure I’m ready to let my kids get any older. I’m beaming more than you know with pride, because they are turning into the sweetest people. This love continually grows more and more each day for my kids, and I hold the privilege of being their mother in the highest honor. For this I’m most thankful.

At just a few hours into the age of four, Hannah’s favorite color is pink, but sometimes blue. Depends on how she is feeling. If she is eating something she thinks is yummy, she wants to share it with you and won’t take no for an answer. Her favorite movies are “Barbie in Pink Shoes” and “Ella Enchanted” but Elsa is her favorite princess. Singing, dancing and try to make Caleb laugh are just a few of her favorite things. She is the first to wake up in the house and while she and Savannah know how to get on each other’s nerves better than anyone, they are the best of friends. I hope they continue to love and support each other every day. She says “that’s my favorite thing in the WHOLE world!” after almost everything. She’ll come up to hug and kiss me and David spontaneously throughout the day and we can’t get enough of it. She’s just the best. I can’t imagine life without her and our entire family is in love.

To my sweet girl, I love your energetic personality and beautiful smile. I love how you sing loudly, talk gently to your baby brother and follow your dad’s every move. I love how you give hugs randomly and I adore listening to you to talk, especially when you are telling stories (like Goldilocks) and your laugh. Thank you for being patient and loving and kind with me. I absolutely love being your momma. I love you to the moon and back, hell, even further. Today, tomorrow and always.
