I know that I haven't been as active the last couple of weeks on the blog as I have before but there has been A LOT going on our household.  There's good, great and bad so I'll start with the bad because good and great always outweigh the bad.

I love makeup! I especially love spring and summer make up.  You can incorporate all these pops of color that you normally might not use.  For this look on the eyes and most of the face I used the Sigma Beauty Resort Palette.  This palette is no longer sold but you can by the individual colors here.  Watch below to see how I created this beautiful look!

For HER Eyes Only - Week 11 - No. 19

I personally believe spontaneous sex this the best.  But it can come with it's own set of planning.  I mean as women how many times do we think "Should we" or "Shouldn't we" before we actually do it?  However, the best part of spontaneous sex is well that our men don't expect it.

We've lived in Caroline County for almost two years now.  However, because of the remoteness of our little town we never expected to reconnect with friends from the past.  When my husband was a younger man (aka dad and husband free) he was in a rock band with his friend Josiah.  Since then Josiah had moved to Scotland and we had moved her.  About a year after moving David got a message from Josiah that he, his wife and son had moved to the same little town as us!  Yes...finally friends with kids around the same age as ours!

For HER Eyes Only - Week 11 - No. 100

It's probably no coincidence that on the man created holiday "Steak & BJ Day" I did Kitty Popsicle.  It was kind of fitting!  Have you ever heard of this holiday?  It's called the man's Valentine's Day and appropriately so considering that most men just want steak and BJ on Valentine's Day anyways.

Yesterday was one of those really good days!  You know those days where the kids behave, they nap on time and it's filled with fun activities for the whole family? Yeah, yesterday was that day for us.  It started off with a mom's group trip to the playground.  I just actually joined a second mom's group.  I really like my original one but sometimes everyone can get busy at the last minute and sometimes I just want variety for the girls.  Plus any additional friends they get to make is an A+ in my book!

For HIS Eyes Only - Week 10 - No. 31

Every time our husbands or significant others tell us we are beautiful or sexy we usually rebuttal with "Oh, I'm so ____" or something similar.  The truth is that no matter what we think of ourselves that special someone still finds us super attractive some days even more than the day we met.  I'm super guilty of this one.  So Wicked View was a little unnerving for me. 

 
So I take literally NO credit for this recipe.  This is 100% a creation of my husband whom NEVER cooks!  But hey, if you have to start somewhere a Crock-pot is probably a good place to start right?  He actually invented this a couple months ago when I had a sick day and it actually turned out really good!  Win for the hubby!  The ingredients are simple and there's nothing to turning the Crock-pot on LOW for 6-8 hours and letting it do all the work.

For HER Eyes Only - Week 10 - No. 29

My husband must be getting super lucky on me continuing to pick these "Fifty Shades of Grey" seductions.  But I can't lie, they are really good and the results are even better!  I can honestly say that we do much better with these seductions when I'm the one planning it.  Not that my husband can't plan but more because I'm already a planner and I can control the details.  Plus my husband doesn't mind it when I'm a little more bossy in the bedroom (what man doesn't?).

For HIS Eyes Only - Week 9 - No. 24

My husband has been a little out of it.  Work has really been wearing on him so he hasn't had the "ummph" to do his seductions.  But that's one of the reasons we decided to blog our way through this was to show that life is well...life and not every moment of every day are you in the mood for sex.  One thing I wanted to address in this was that sometimes in these seductions it's hard to leave out all the good parts.  I want to maintain a discreteness but also keep the readers enticed.

When did all the cool stuff come out for kids today rather than when I was a kid?  I tell you what, I would have loved some of the toys my girls have when I was their age.  I remember being young and seeing the VW vans...on one hand they were very cool but on the other you never wanted to be seen out in them.  However The Monster Factory has brought back the loved VW van but in a cool tent version for our kids!

For HER Eyes Only - Week 9 - No. 73

Valentine's Day must suck for guys!  I mean the pressure to get the dinner, the flowers, the gift and then think about if they MIGHT get lucky...phew, glad I'm not a male.  Most couples rarely get around to intimacy after Valentine's Day because you spend the whole day focusing on eating at nice restaurants, drinking nice wine and you are too tired from the craziness of the day to really think about sex.  That was NOT the case with this seduction.
